 Birches Cottage Description:

On a grassy hill, its back to the woods. Drive up and park on the grass. Knotty pine paneling, eat-in living room with granite fireplace and comfortable upholstered seating. A large picture window overlooks the gardens, century-old Oakland House Hotel, and the fields beyond. Furnishings are a mix of new and comfy old. There is a bathroom with tub and shower, a queen bedroom. Small kitchen with small electric oven and microwave oven.
