Boathouse Cottage Description:

Originally a boathouse built right at the ocean’s edge. At very high tides water comes slightly underneath. Off road parking and little “walk-in” path. The eat-in living room has stone fireplace, wide oceanfront window wall, hide-a-bed sofa. Twin bedroom and queen + single bedroom both adjoin bathroom with tub and shower. Entry hall and small full kitchen and microwave. Outdoor deck and chairs with stairway down to the sea. Installed phone.
The tide comes up to the base of the boathouse.A lovely deck right on the water!
Fall is a beautiful time of year!Winter provides its own magic.
A living room with real wood burning fireplace.These windows provide a magnificent view of Eggemoggin Reach.
Boathouse Cottage has beds for 5. This room has a queen bed and a single twin-sized bed.This bedroom has two twin-sized beds with comforters.
Boathouse Cottage has a full kitchen, big refrigerator, range, and microwave oven.The entry hall with a boat's ceiling.
The full bathroom is between the two bedrooms.The view at low tide includes the Shore Oaks Seaside Inn gazebo.
