Rates* shown are per cottage per 7 day period with arrivals on Saturdays and Departures on Saturdays. This is a non-smoking, no pets property. Thank you! We do not charge for housekeeping, but do ask for a security deposit of $200 which you will get back if the cottage is left clean and there is no damage. We wash linens and clean prior to your arrival at no charge.

If you make your reservation less than 30 days prior to your arrival your credit card will be charged for the entire amount of your stay per written Oakland House policy.

Use of the ocean and lake beaches, trails and woodland is included. You may bring your own kayak, canoe or small boat. Boat launching available at Bucks Harbor Public Landing. The harbor master can advise you of available moorings there. While we have an ocean dock we do not have moorings available here.
