Our beautifully restored Shore Oaks Seaside Inn is a frequent choice for honeymooners seeking an "inn" or "bed and breakfast" experience. It has 10 bedrooms, 7 with private baths. A full breakfast is served each morning. You'll love room 6. It is furnished with vintage antiques, has a double bed, plush new pillow top mattress, fine linens, real woodburning fireplace, private bath, and a great view of Eggemoggin Reach.

Pre-Season Example: (Arrive Sun., May 25th, depart Sun., June 1st, 2008) Seven days and nights for $1588 ( includes tax). Full breakfasts are included. Dinner is not included. Before our Rusticator Restaurant opens for the season, you'll find great restaurants in the vicinity.

Peak Season Example: (Arrive Sun., Aug 3rd, depart Sun., Aug. 10th, 2008) Seven days and nights for $2179 ( includes tax). Full breakfasts are included. Gourmet dinners, fine wines and brews are served at the Rusticator Restaurant each evening for an additional charge of $30/person per evening.

Shore Oaks Seaside Inn has other great rooms too. Take a look! They may be more or less expensive than Room No. 6 quoted above. Shore Oaks Seaside Inn is closed from late October until Mid-May except for group bookings in advance.

A Private Honeymoon Cottage for Two:

If you're looking for a little rusticity and a lot of comfort in a cabin in the woods, Ledges Cottage with king-sized bed, living room with real woodburning fireplace, full bath, kitchenette, and deck with glimpses of the ocean it's perfect. It's got privacy, with services and close proximity to the shorefront, hiking trails, and boats.

Pre-Season Example: (Arrive Sun., May 18th, depart Sun., May 25th, 2008) No meals included during this period, housekeeping style with linens supplied, firewood self-serve from the woodshed. Some other services not available. Seven days and nights for $675 ( includes tax).

Peak-Season Example: (Arrive Sat., July 27, depart Sat., Aug. 2nd, 2008) Includes full breakfast and gourmet dinner each day, full services with housekeeping each day and firewood delivered to your living room. Seven days and nights for $2847 (includes taxes). Does not include fine wines or brews.

Some cottages may be more or less expensive than Ledges Cottage quoted above. Ledges is secluded and ideal for honeymooners, however there are one-bedroom cottages right on the waterfront. We have 15 cottages either dotting the shorefront or nestled in the woods.
