Cottages have living rooms with real woodburning fireplaces, kitchens or kitchenettes, and full baths. They vary in style from log siding to clapboard to cedar shakes. The interiors vary as well. Some have open log rafters, others knotty pine paneling, others are a mix of both. There are cottages with one or two bedrooms. The beds and linens are comfy. Many cottages have hide-a-bed sofas which can accommodate extra family members. They all have living rooms, full baths, and either kitchens or kitchenettes.
With many wonderful local restaurants open on Columbus Day Weekend this will be a great time for a short getaway.
Children of all ages (0-100 years old) welcome. Non-smoking. No pets on premises, thank-you.
EXAMPLES (3-day weekend, rates vary greatly from cottage to cottage depending upon size and ammenities). Below are the ranges of rates:
ONE-BEDROOM COTTAGE (Ledges Homestead East, Homestead West, or Oak Grove): rate for three days-$420.00
(7% Maine tax additional. We request a $200 deposit refundable after check-out if things are left as found.
