YOUR ADVENTURE:
The Lighthouse Boat Tours take place on Sundays- The vessel Nighduck typically leaves Old Quarry at 9:00 am and returns at 4:00 pm. Please allow 30-45 minutes to drive to Old Quarry before 9:00 am departures.

The lighthouse sightseeing adventure boat tour will be Captained by Bill Baker. Captain Baker will take you to 5 or 6 lighthouses in East Penobscot Bay with a fantasy island landing at North Haven for sightseeing, to use the facilities and purchase a snack or cup of coffee. . Each lighthouse has its own history and character. What an experience! This is a wonderful trip! Bring your sunglasses,windbreaker, camera and binoculars.

HISTORIC NOTE:
Innkeeper Jim Littlefield's grandmother tended the light at nearby Pumpkin Island Lighthouse. Today, the lighthouse is privately owned and viewable from our shore (better by boat), gleaming white in the early morning light or silhouetted by the setting sun in the evening.
