Shore Oaks Seaside Inn is a classic 1907 Maine coast cottage. It has a living room with fireplace, dining room, library, and a wrap-around porch with a spectacular view of the Bay and the setting sun. Pick from one of ten elegant, yet casually relaxed rooms. The decor is authentic turn-of-the-century Arts and Crafts.
On site is a half-mile of oceanfront and hiking trails. Shore Oaks Seaside Inn's gazebo hugs the shore of Eggemoggin Reach. This inn is perfect for small weddings and intimate gatherings of a select circle of friends. Please inquire.

Among the nearby restaurants open are Marlintini's Cafe, The Food Co-op, Arborvine Fine Dining, Blue Moose, The Fishnet (drive-up local take-out fare), all in Blue Hill. The upscale Cleonice Mediterranean Bistro is in Ellsworth. Our office will provide the latest information on great places to eat (before our own Rusticator Restaurant opens mid-June.)
